摘    要:采用有限元数值分析方法,在2.45GHz频率下,针砖临床骨肿瘤微波热疗模型,对目前临床使用的简单同轴探头和改进的缝隙同轴探头在骨组织中产生的电磁场分布及单位质量电磁能量吸收率进行了模拟计算,并进行了简单的实验验证.结果显示:简单同轴探头产生的电磁场能量主要分布在治疗区域外,在治疗组织中分布不均,且对正常组织损伤严重;改进的缝隙探头能较好地把能量传输到组织内部,集中在探头缝隙附近,可通过改变缝隙位置实现对包括顶端组织在内的不同部位的治疗,提高了治疗效率,缩短了时间,减少了对正常组织的损伤及对环境的电磁污染.体外实验结果与模拟结果相吻合,该结果为微波骨肿瘤临床治疗中探头的选择提供了理论依据.

Design of the Applicators for Hyperthermia in Bone Tumors
Abstract:An improved interstitial applicator is proposed to enhance the efficiency of the microwave hyperthermia reatment for bone tumors. The finite element method is utilized to analyze the distributions of the electromagnetic fields and the specific absorption rate in bone tumors tissues. The improved interstitial applicator and a simple coaxial applicator commonly used in the clinic bone tumors treatment are involved in the simulation. The results show that the improved applicator can transfer more energy into the tumors tissues than the simple applicator, then undermine the damage of normal tissues, cut down the electromagnetic pollution and shorten the treatment time. The heating center of improved interstitial applicator can be easily adjusted by changing the postition of the slot. The experimental results conicide with the simulation very well. This study is theoretically beneficial to clinic microwave hyperthermia for bone tumors.
