剑麻纤维氰乙基化变性后微细结构的变化

摘    要:剑麻纤维由于结晶度、取向度较高,非纤维素物质及木质素含量高,造成纤维手感粗硬,使剑麻产品仅限于地毯、绳索等少数初级加工产品,未能得到充分开发利用。通过对剑麻纤维的氰乙基变性处理,使其微细结构发生了显著变化,从而为剑麻纤维纺低特纱,开发应用新领域提供了依据。

Abstract:The crystallinity and orientation of sisal fibre are high, and its contents of non - cellulose substance and lignin also are high. That makes sisal fibre rough and hard, so its productions only are a small number of coarse ones such as rope, carpet, etc. The influence of cyanoethylated modification to sisal fibre is studied; and it is found that it made the fine structure of sisal fibre remarkable change which provided scientific basis for spinning finer count yarn and developping new applied field.
