Discussion of Using P~3I Method in FA Technique Development

This article introduces the basic concept of the P3I (Pre-Planned Product Improvement)method and discusses the possibility,the necessity and the key of applying the P3I method to the development of the FA technique. In the course of developing the FA technique, particularly in the CIMS technique, the application of the P3I method will have the advantages of cutting the financial investment,reducing the risk and shortening the developing period. Also,by using the P3I method.it is possible to improve the capabilities to fit the requirement changes continuously.
