三峡地方文献建设现状及对策分析

地方文献是指包括地方志、地方史等在内的,能突出反映一地社会生活的全部或特色的所有口头或书面文献。三峡地方文献的收集取得了丰硕的成果,但同时也存在着部分文献类型缺失、数量较少、未经系统整理等问题,加强三峡地方文献收集建设,需要尽快采取措施,确定科学的收集范围、建立畅通的收集渠道、加强文献队伍建设、设立文献建设专项经费,保证文献收集的快速和有效。

An Analysis on Current Situation of the Construction of Local Documents in Three Gorges Area and the Countermeasures to Its Problems

The local documents refer to the oral or written documents,including local chronicle,local history,etc.,which prominently reflect all or distinguishable aspects of the social life in a local place.The collection of local documents in the Three Gorges area has achieved a great success.However,some problems such as the gaps of some documents categories,impoverishment in amount and not systematically arranging the documents,etc.exist.In order to strengthen the construction of the local document in Three Gorges area and assure a fast and effective collection,we need to make great efforts as soon as possible on fixing a scientific range of collection,founding an open collection method,strengthening the construction of documents administration group and setting a special fund.
