| 摘 要： | 为了分析建筑信息模型（BIM）在建筑可持续设计中的作用，义中结合某工程实例，研究了同一专业设计阶段的可持续设计、各分工专业设计阶段的协同工作、建筑全生命周期内的优化管理，以及在实际工程应用中的不足，阐述了建筑信息模型在建筑可持续设计中的重要性。

| Abstract: | This paper has analyzed the important function of building information model(BIM) in building sustainable design.Taking a project for example,it studied the sustainable design of the same professional work,the cooperation in different steps of the professional design,and life cycle management of a building.The disadvantage of the BIM in actual project design was also expounded. |
