摘    要:现在的工程教育越来越侧重于工程科学和理论分析工具,而逐渐远离实际工程操作能力。结合工程训练中心实际情况,引人全新的工程教育模式CDIO(构思、设计、实现、运作),增加学生的实践操作时间,提高学生的综合实践能力、团队协作和互动的能力,使他们成为企业和社会所需要的优秀工程技术人才。

Abstract:Now the engineering education is more and more focused on engineering science and theo- retical analysis tools, and away from practical operation ability, in combination with the practical situation of engineering training center, the introduction of new CDIO engineering education mode ( Conceive, design, implement, operate ), increase the students" practical operating time, improve the students" comprehensive practical ability, the ability of team collaboration and interaction, make them become the excellent engineering and technical personnel and social need.
