摘    要:大型综合性实验室样品种类繁多、性状各异、包装存贮条件不一,在样品保存、检测、回收等流通过程中容易出现混乱、丢失、无法溯源的情况,为此设计了一套基于RFID技术的样品管理系统。以样品电子标签为信息载体,手持读取机、读取通道等为终端的监管系统,实时读取样品信息,监控从来样、制样、分样、流转、检测、回收等全部实验过程。实现了实验室内样品流通的唯一性标识和全程时时追踪,使样品得以规范化有序高效管理,完全满足实验室认证认可的要求。

Abstract:The samples were various kinds, different characters, package and storage conditions difference in the large comprehensive laboratory, in the sample preservation, detection, recycling and circulation process, it was easy to appear the confusion, loss, can't traceability, so that a sample man- agement system based on RFID technology was designed. For sample the electronic label as information carrier, handheld reading machine, reading passage as terminal regulatory system, real-time read sample information, monitor all experimental process from sample origin, sample making, sample transferring, testing, recovery and so on , realize the laboratory sample the unique identification of the circulation and whole always tracking, make the samples can be standardized and orderly efficient management, fully meet the requirements of laboratory accreditation.
