| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨核桃楸皮粗多糖对肝癌SMMC-7721和胃癌SCG-7901的抑制作用。方法:应用噻唑蓝比色法和紫外分光光度法,以5-氟尿嘧啶组为阳性对照组,在560nm检测不同剂量的核桃楸多糖溶液的OD值,考察核桃楸皮粗多糖对肿瘤细胞的24h抑制作用。结果:SMMC-7721:IC50=0.60407mg/mL;SCG-7901:IC50=0.23545mg/mL。

Methods： Experimentations detection the OD of Polysaccha- rides Liquid by MTT . Detect the absorbance at 560 nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometer . Results： Experimentations show the better Inhibition rates on cell SMMC-7721 and SCG-7901. （Extraction Liquid） SMMC-7721： IC50=0. 60407mz/ml： SCG-7901. IC50=0. 23545mg/ml. |
