摘    要:以某高校高压实验室的工作环境为研究对象,研制了一套能够提供良好环境的小型控制系统。该装置由空调器和基于STC89C52单片机的控制器组成,可实现对设备内部实时温湿度的控制与监测、LCD显示以及超限报警。重点介绍了硬件电路设计、工作原理、软件设计、系统实现等。通过对集成温湿度传感器、单片机技术的研究,解决了由于凝露、温度等环境因素而造成电气设备不能安全稳定运行的问题,有效提升了高压实验室的安全水平。

Abstract:According to the environment of the high voltage laboratory at a university, a small-scale control system is developed to provide friendly environment. The equipment consists of air condition and controller based on MCU STC89C52, it integrates adjusting and monitoring the temperature and humidity, display, and overrun alarm. This paper describes hardware circuit design, operating principie, software design and system achievement in detail. and unstable operation caused by environment, such as The problem of electrical equipment's unsafe condensation and temperature has been solved by research on the technology of singlechip and integrated temperature and humidity sensor. The safety level of the high voltage laboratory has been improved effectively.
