| Abstract: | From 2004 to 2005, a succession of importmant documents issued by the Central Committee of CPC and the State Council result in the appearance of the new system of progressive all- round rural policies, which will exert profound influence on the social progress in the rural areas and the overall progress in national economy. It is of great significance to concern about problems facing agriculture, rural areas and farmer, to establish new rural economy and thoughts on social development. |
