电磁振动给料器物料输送状态的研究

摘    要:介绍斗式电磁振动给料器的特点和送料原理,通过给料器力学模型的建立,分析影响振幅的因素以及频率比的选择;振幅对物料输送方式及输送速度的影响,得出最佳振幅的选择原则,进而为设计给料器的参数设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:The characteristics and transportation principle of bucket electromagnetic vibration feeder were introduced.The amplitude-influence factors and the choice of frequency ratios were analyzed by establishing a feeder dynamic model.Analyzing the influence of amplitude on transportation method and speed,the choice principle for optimum amplitude was obtained,and provided theoretical basis for feeder parameter design.
