不同浓度氮、磷对杜氏盐藻生长的影响

摘    要:在实验室条件下,研究了不同氮(0、0.1、0.4、0.8、1.0、1.2 g/L)、磷(0、0.015、0.025、0.030、0.045、0.060 g/L)浓度下杜氏盐藻生长增殖的关系和特征,以及氮磷比(c(N)/c(P))变化等对该藻生长的影响。实验结果表明:杜氏盐藻对氮、磷有着较强的适应能力,浓度增大藻增长率增大,浓度继续增大反而抑制藻的增长,属于营养依赖型藻类。不同氮质量浓度梯度对杜氏盐藻生长具有显著性影响(P<0.05),但对杜氏盐藻生长率K的影响不显著(P>0.05),最适宜的氮浓度为1.0 g/L;不同磷质量浓度梯度对杜氏盐藻的生长和生长率K具有显著性的影响(P<0.05),最适宜的磷浓度为0.025 g/L。当c(N)/c(P)为40时,最适合杜氏盐藻的生长。

The Effects of Different Nitrogen and Phosphorus Levels on the Growth of DunalieUa salina
Abstract:The effects of different nitrogen levels(0,0.1,0.4,0.8,1.0,1.2 g/L),phosphorus levels(0,0.015,0.025,0.030,0.045,0.060 g/L) and c(N)/c(P) ratios on the growth of Dunaliella salina were studied.The results showed that D.salina was a nutrients-dependent species,and the cell growth was stimulated by high level of nitrogen and phosphorus.The c(N)/c(P) ratio was another important factor to affect the population growth.D.salina had significant difference in growth at different nitrogen concentrations(P<0.05),but no significant difference in the growth rate(P>0.05),the best nitrogen concentrations was 1.0 g/L.D.salina had significant difference in growth and the growth rate at different phosphorus concentrations(P<0.05),the best phosphorus concentrations was 0.025 g/L.The optimum c(N)/c(P) ratio for D.salina growth was found to be 40.
