渔用PE辫线和捻线拉伸性能比较研究

摘    要:在相同单丝数前提下,通过对16股空芯辫线、8股空芯辫线和16股加芯辫线三种辫线与捻线拉伸性能的比较研究,得出以下结论:(1)PE辫线一次拉伸、二次拉伸及多次拉伸的断裂特性都优于PE捻线,其中16股和8股空芯辫线的断裂强度均比捻线大5.1%,16股加芯辫线的断裂强度比捻线大10.71%;加芯辫线的断裂强力比空芯辫线稍小,但是断裂强度、强度利用率都比空芯辫线大;16股辫线的断裂特性与8股辫线大致相等,但是16股辫线比8股辫线结构更加紧密,外观更加漂亮,具有更好的应用价值。(2)空芯辫线断裂伸长率和结节断裂伸长率大于捻线,加芯辫线断裂伸长率和结节断裂伸长率小于捻线;PE辫线的弹性恢复率略大于捻线,加芯辫线的弹性恢复率比空芯辫线大。

Abstract:On the premise of the same number monofilament,through to compare the tensile properties among the hollow braided line of 16 and 8 strands,add core braided line of 16 strands and twisting machne,we can draw these conclutions:(1) PE braided line is better than twisting machne in the fracture characteristics of a stretch,secondary tensile and repeatedly drawing,the fracture strength of the hollow line of 16 and 8 strands are 5.1% larger than the twisting machne,add core line of 16 strands are 10.71% larger than twisting machne.And the breaking strength of add core line is smaller than the hollow line,but the fracture strength,strength utilization rate are larger than hollow line.The breaking strength properties of 16 strands braided line is equal with the 8 strands braided line,but 16 strands braided line are more closely and beautiful than 8 strands braided line,so it has a better application value.(2)Elongation at break and nodules elongation at break of hollow braided line are larger than twisting machne,elongation at break and nodules elongation at break of add core braided lines are smaller than twisting line;the elastic recovery rate of PE braided line is slightly bigger thantwisting line,the recovery rate of add core braided line is bigger than the hollow braided lines.
