摘    要:采用流动注射-分光光度法测定海水中氨氮实验方法,通过实验条件的优化选择,建立测定海水中氨氮的最佳条件。方法检出限为:0.002 9 mg/L,相对标准偏差为:0.88%~5.79%,加标回收率为88.0%~101.0%。此方法与普通分光光度法相比具有快速、省时、方便、基体干扰小,精密度和准确性好等优点,适合批量样品的测定。

Abstract:The present study introduced the experiment method of determining NH4-N in seawater by flow injection and spectrophotometric method.Through the conditional experiment and optimization,the best condition of the determination was given.Methods detection limit was 0.002 9 mg/L and the RSD ranged from 0.88% to 5.79%.The relative standard deviation of the method was 88.0%-101.0%.This method has some advantages such as fast,time-saving,convenient,little interference and better precision.Moreover,it is fit for assaying mass samples.
