纤维增强PET复合材料等温结晶行为的研究

摘    要:用差示扫描量热法研究了玻璃纤维、碳纤维、Kevlar 浆粕等增强纤维对PET等温结晶动力学参数的影响,发现增强纤维的引入能促进PET的结晶,其效果与纤维种类有关,以碳纤维最好,Kevlar浆粕次之;玻璃纤维最差.同时还比较了等离子处理增强纤维及成核剂对PET结晶行为的影响.通过对体系的结晶形态研究发现,增强纤维的引入没有改变PET的结晶形态,但纤维表面的晶核密度比基体大而形成一层柱状的微晶区.

Abstract:The effect of fiber reinforcement on the isothermal crystallization of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) is investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) . Fiber reinforcement is seen to substantially increase the nu-cleation of PET, reflected by a decrease in crystallization half - time and this kind of reduction depends on the kinds of reinforcement fibers. The effect of plasma - treating and nucleating agents on the isothermal crystallization is also investigated . The crystalline morphology of PET in fiber - reinforced systems is studied using polarizing light microscopy and is found that PET has the same morphology with unreinforced PET, but the nucleation density is bigger than diat of the PET matrice.
