摘    要:水平管降膜管间流态是影响其技术应用的重要参数之一。采用实验研究的方法,通过搭建水平管降膜流动形态的实验装置,选用溴化锂溶液作为实验溶液,研究管间距和管材对水平管降膜管间流态的影响。实验研究表明,管间距略微增大时,管间流态与未改变管间距时流态的上一级流态相同。继续增大管间距到大于原来的2倍,流态最终会变为滴状;但出现部分交叉滴状流。当管材由铜管变为塑料管后,溶液在管间会出现倾斜的情况,即不能够垂直湿润相邻的圆管;并且管间小部分溶液会出现向下一级流态转变的趋势,直接影响到管间流体的连续性。

Experiment Study on Influential Factors of Flow Pattern among Tubes of Falling-film-type Horizontal-tube

Abstract:The flow pattern among tubes of falling-film-type horizontal-tube is one of the most important parameters that affecting the technology of falling film. In the paper, experiment method has been used though construct an experiment setup of flow pattern of falling-film-type horizontal-tube in order to research the influence of tube pitch and tube stock to the flow pattern among tubes of falling-film-type horizontal-tube, which the experiment solution is LiBr aqueous solution. With the tube pitch getting bigger slightly, the results show that the flow pattern among tubes will be as the same as the upper level of the original flow pattern among tubes. If the the tube pitch keeps on changing bigger to 2 times than the original tube pitch, the flow pattern among tubes will come to droplet flow pattern finally, while part of the flow pattern will show cross droplet flow pattern. When plastic tube is chosen as the tube stock, Slope phenomenon shows up among tubes obviously, namely the solution can not wet the adjacent round tube and a small part of the solution among tubes will appear the tendency to change to the next flow pattern. So the consistency of flow pattern among tubes has been affected.
