摘    要:装备有EPS系统的汽车,具有低速时回正不足和高速时回正超调的缺点。针对这一问题,从工程化角度出发提出一种基于转角信息的主动回正控制方法。该方法利用转向盘转矩和转速进行回正状态识别,以此为基础建立转角-转速双闭环回正补偿控制策略。从仿真验证结果和实车验证结果来看,该主动回正方法可以使转向盘快速回正并有效减少了回正不足和回正超调的情况。

Abstract:Vehicles equipped with electric powered steering system have defects of inadequate-return-steering at low speed and over-return-steering at high speed. To solve the problem, an active return-to-center control method based on steering angle information was proposed from an engineering point of view. In this method, moments and speeds of the steering wheel are used for returning state recognition. Upon this, a double-closed-loop (angle-speed of steering wheel) control strategy for returning compensation is presented. The results of simulation verification and real vehicle test show that the control method can make the steering wheel return to center position quickly with less inadequacy and overshoot.
