生物质锅炉过热器气相HCl腐蚀的试验研究

摘    要:为了选择合适的生物质锅炉过热器管材以减少高温腐蚀,模拟生物质锅炉过热器区的气相条件,对管材20G和12Cr1MoVG进行了腐蚀试验研究.通过腐蚀增重量,得出了腐蚀动力学曲线.利用配有能谱分析仪的扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪,对试样腐蚀后的形貌结构、元素含量和腐蚀产物的组成进行了分析.试验结果表明:两种材料的抗腐蚀性能均较差,500℃以下20G略优于12Cr1MoVG;随着温度升高,两种材料的抗腐蚀性能均降低,且20G降低得较快.
