| 摘 要： | 用酸性氧化铝做催化剂对蓖麻油的环氧化进行研究 .考察了催化剂的用量、反应温度、反应时间等对蓖麻油的环氧化的影响 ,结果表明酸性氧化铝做催化剂 ,克服了硫酸等催化剂在环氧化过程中需加添加剂、存在副反应等不利因素 ,故所得产物的环氧值高 .

| Abstract: | Epoxidation of castor oil is investigated,with the catalysis of aciel Al2O3. The effects of the reaction temperature,time and the quantity of the catalyst on epoxielation are investigated.The results indicate that aciel Al 2O 3 gets over the disadvantage factors during the epoxidation with sulfuric acid.For example,addicthes are required and there are ide reactions;and the aciel Al 2O 3 improves the epoxy value of the product. |
