增压柴油机进气管压力波预测的研究

摘    要:本文在考虑进气管系压力波传递的基础上,针对6135z涡轮增压柴油机的性能,研究了进、出口均存在压力波的压气机之边界条件处理方法。文中还简介了整机性能预测、排气管系的计算站位分布图,分析和验证了计算结果,在改进6135z的进气系统上也取得了一定效果。

Abstract:The handling of boundary conditions for numerical solutions of the non-steady flow with due consideration given to pressure waves existing at both the compressor intake and exit is studied. The purpose of the investigation is to predict the performance of a type 6135z turbocharged diesel engine.The calculating procedures for performance prediction and the section diagram of the intake manifolds and exhaust manifolds are briefly described.The calculation results have been checked with the experimental ones and some modifications made on the intake manifolds have been proved to be effective.
