液体悬浮培养诱导金钗石斛原球茎增殖的研究

摘    要:以金钗石斛原球茎为实验材料,通过液体悬浮培养,研究金钗石斛原球茎的增殖和多糖成份积累进行了研究。结果表明:金钗石斛在B5培养基+1.0mg.L-1NAA,蔗糖浓度为3%,10%香蕉提取物上清液的液体培养基中增殖最佳,可溶性多糖成分累积相对较高。

Abstract:In this paper,we performed a research based on the experimental material of dendrobium nobile protocorm through liquid suspension culture to study the dendrobium nobile protocorm multiplication and the polysaccharide accumulation.The result showed that: dendrobium nobile had the best proliferation in the liquid culture which mixed of B5 medium plus 1.0mg·L-1 NAA,3% sucrose concentration and 10% banana extract supernatant.Soluble polysaccharide accumulation is much more as well.
