摆线针轮行星传动的均载技术

摘    要:从提高摆线针轮行星减速器承载能力的角度,系统地进行了在柱销上加均载环后的载荷和强度计算分析,建立了柱销设计公式,对提高摆线针轮行星减速器的承载能力有着十分重要的意义,同时对于改进摆线针轮行星减速器结构设计具有一定的新意。

Abstract:From the view point of enhancing the load-bearing capacity of Cycloid Pin Gear Planetary Reducer (CPGPR), this paper presents a systematic analysis and calculation to the strength and load on the transmission pins after load balance rings installed, and forms the transmission pin design formula. It is very important to the research of increasing load-bearing ability of CPGPR, and some new ideals for CPGPR structure designing is introduced as well.
