| 摘 要： | 提出一种面向孔系组合夹具压紧部件方案设计的CAD方法,包括工件可压紧部位的确定与表示方法,压紧部件可行位置集合的生成方法,压紧方案设计质量的评价方法.原型系统的实现表明此方法适用于简单零件压紧部件的方案设计.

| Abstract: | A CAD method of clamping part plan for the dowel- pin modular fixture is presented in this paper. The feasible clamping areas of the workpiece are defined,its expressing method and determination are described. The feasible position set of the clamp parts for the given workpiece is presented,and the quality evaluation of the clamping plan design is established. Implementation of the prototype of the method shows that it can be applied in the design of clamp parts planning for simple workpicecs. |
