略谈急症的针灸处理

ON TREATMENT OF EMERGENCIES WITH ACUPUNCTURE & MOXIBUSTION

This article commeats on the principlesof treating the acute symptomi with acupuncture & moxibustion just from the viewpoints ot clinieal treatment. The main principles are as follows First, one must diagnose the acute symptom dialectically. Second, one must have the patient's situation under control and take notice of the fundamental cause and symptoms of a disease. Moreover, special attention to the main disease should be paid, and also the treatment should be given correctly. The main & general ways of giving treatments are indicated below : (1) the method of-cooling heat; (2) the method of controlling asthma; (3) the method of easing pain; (4) the method of dispersing blood, bumidity and heat stasis: (5) the method of relieving spasm; (6) the method of restoring sobriety: (7) the method of tonlfication (nurturing energy)
