摘    要:疾病的数字化分析精确诊断与安全有效的精确治疗在临床具重要意义,而现代数字化影像设备与相关图像分析软件系统是其重要保证之一,亦是现代医疗器械产业中的主流产品.在产业发展中起着主导和引领作用。目前全球的数字化医疗影像设备市场主要被关、日、德等少数国家的少数几个跨国公司所垄断,我国相关产业由于研究基础薄弱、技术储备不足、创新能力低,以致其产品大多缺乏自主知识产权。国家973计划项目“现代医学成像与高维图像分析关键科学问题研究”深入开展了现代医学成像与高维图像分析中的理论模型与方法研究,本文主要介绍了该项目在医学成像与分析的基础理论模型、低剂量X线断层成像(CT)优质成像、快速磁共振成像(MRI)、正电子发射断层成像(PET)的优质动态成像,三维医学图像分割、临床病灶智能识别等取得的一系列成果,并简要展望了本领域的发展趋势及进一步的研究方向。

Abstract:Modern digital medical imaging equipment and image analysis software are of great importance for accurate and quantitative diagnosis and treatment of disease in clinical practice, and also play a leading role in current medical device industry. The world market of digital medical imaging is currently monopolized by several global corporations such as GE, Siemens and Philips. The medical imaging industry in China are lag greatly behinds these corporations due to lack of technical innovation and investment in research. The project of“ Research on Key Scientific Problems in Modern Medical Imaging and Higher Dimensional Image Analysis (National Basic Research Program of China: No. 2010CB732500)” has been focusing on developing novel theoretical models and methods for improved medical imaging and image analysis. This paper presents a summary of some main research progress of this project in low-dose x-ray computed tomography, rapid magnetic resonance imaging, improved dynamic positron emission tomography, segmentation of three-dimensional medieal images, and intelligent lesion lesions in images. Finally, the trends in medical imaging domain and future research directions are briefly discussed.
