高校国家工程技术研究中心分布特点与立项建议

高校国家工程技术研究中心是国家创新体系的重要组成部分，是依托高校组建的工程技术科研开发实体。高校国家工程技术研究中心分布呈现技术领域齐全、内部分布不均，地域分布不均、区域聚集明显，高校分布不均、呈现聚类相关等特点。这反映出高校国家工程技术研究中心总量偏少，技术领域、区域和高校的分布不和谐等问题。对此，应更多地依托高校。依据未来的功能定位进行立项，优化和完善其技术领域布局，尽可能实现其在区域间的均衡分布，实现评审主体的多元化。

National Engineering Research Center of Higher School is the important component of national science and technology developing plan, it is the entity of engineering scientific research based on higher school. The scattering characteristics of it is that the technical field is overall and uneven internal distribution; the geographic distribution is uneven and obvious regional gathering; the higher school distribution is uneven and cluster correlation. This reflects National Engineering Research Center of Higher School has problems such as the quantity is less , the scattering of technical field, region and higher school is not harmonious. So it should establish more centers based on higher school, accord to the future function orientation to establish, optimize and improve the layout of technical field, realize the equilibrium distribution in the region as far as possible, realize diversification of the review subject.
