摘    要:本文基于分形几何理论,提出了一种三维表面微观形貌的等方性(各向均匀性)评定方法,并通过实验表明,精车加工表面形貌是不等方性的。

Abstract:The isotropy of surface topography has a great effect on function performance of the engineering surface. In this paper, a quantitative evaluation method is proposed, which is based on the application of fractional geometry theory. Through Fourier transform of the discreate data of the profile measured by Talysurf-10 instrument, the power spectrum and the fractional dimension of the profile are obtained. And then the spectral moments of the profile and the surface are found. By these parameters, the evaluation method of isotropy is proposed.This study shows. that the surface topography processed by precision cutting is anisotropic.
