生物絮凝处理高浓度洗毛废水中试研究

摘    要:针对洗毛生产废水水质特征及治理难度大的特点,提出了有经济效益、运行管理方便、处理费用低的治理方法:利用生物絮凝代替化学絮凝处理高浓度洗毛废水。常温,水力停留时间为1d,原水COD为22000mg/L,用生物絮凝法使COD去除率达到74%:用化学萃取法从生物絮凝物中提取经机械提脂废水中65%的羊毛脂,使羊毛脂总收率达50%左右。

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of high strength scouring water and its countermeasure, a way which would be low in project investment, operating costs and easy to operate: treating high strength scouring water by microbial flocculation instead of chemical flocculation is proposed in the paper. At normal temperature, hydraulic residence time is 1 d, COD=22 000 mg/L, the COD removal rate is 74% by microbial flocculation; 65% lanolin could be gotten from the water which had been treated by chemical agents and mechanical extraction so the total reclaiming rate of lanolin could be about 50%
