| 摘 要： | 建立了HPLC法测定截短侧耳素的含量,采用Agilent Extend C8色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-甲醇-0.02 mol.L-1的磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(35∶10∶55,体积比),流速为1.00 mL.min-1,检测波长为205 nm。截短侧耳素质量浓度在40~2 400μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r2=0.999 9),定量限为0.08μg,检测限为0.04μg。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method for the determination of pleuromutilin was developed.The sample was separated on a Agilent Extend C_8 eluted at a flow rate of 1.00 mL·min~(-1) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-methanol-phosphate buffer(35∶10∶55,V/V),pleuromutilin was detected and quantified by the absorbance at 205 nm.The linearity was obtained over the range of 40～2 400 μg·mL~(-1) for pleuromutilin(r~2=0.999 9).The quantitative limit is 0.08 μg,and the detection limit is 0.04 μg. |
