星载遥感仪器扫描部件可靠性验证试验

摘    要:高可靠扫描部件是星载遥感仪器的关键部件,其可靠性验证试验的试验样本具有"小子样、零失效"的局限.工程中迫切需要制定合理可行的验证试验方案,在有限的试验周期内验证产品的可靠性是否符合指标要求.利用可靠度R(t)的验前信息,基于Bayes方法推导出了"小子样、零失效"情况下可靠性验证试验试验时间的算法;并给出了算例.结果表明,与传统算法相比在指标和样本量相同的情况下,新方法可减少试验时间,降低试验成本.

Abstract:Highly reliable scanning components play an important role in satellite-borne remote sensing instrument. Their samples of reliability verification test are bound to be small sized and zero-failure. Framing a feasible test plan to evaluate the working life reliability of such components within limited test period is urgently required in engineering practice. In this paper, using prior data of R(t) and Bayesian method, the author derived a new test time algorithm for reliability verification test based on small and zero-failure samplers. Under the circumstances that the reliability requirements and samples are same, examples illustrate new algorithm needs less test period and cost compared with traditional algorithm.
