| 摘 要： | 肥胖已成为严重威胁人类健康的流行病,猪作为研究肥胖及相关疾病的动物模型已引起人们的关注.通过介绍碳水化合物、蛋白质、激素等因素对猪脂肪生成的调控,期待为预防和治疗威胁人类健康的疾病提供有益的帮助.

| Abstract: | Obesity is now a global epidemic which seriously threatens the peoples＇ health. People has paid much attention to the pigs as it can be used to be the animal model of obesity. A series of factors, such as carbohydrates, proteins, hormone and so on, which regulate lipogenesis in pig adipocyte were reviewed in this paper. We hope it can provide some help for precaution and curing the disease which threatens human health. |
