摘    要:我国的排海工程扩散器多设置在多泥沙的河口、海湾等浅水水域中,为了使排放污水能够得到更大程度的稀释和扩散,应尽量降低上升管高度,以充分利用宝贵的水域空间,但上升管高度的降低增另了泥沙淤埋扩散器的可能性,结合上海污水治理二期工程白龙港排放工程的研究,利用模型相似及泥沙运动理论,对泥沙淤埋和浑水环境两种情况进行喷口射流对环境泥沙的冲淤规律试验,分析了扩散器各可行性方案在上升管高度尽可以降低后的冲淤能力,

Abstract:The diffusers of sewage marine disposal engineering in our country are mostly posited in the shallow and sediment carried estuarine and bay waters. In this case, the height of the diffuser risers should be lowered as far as possible in order to make use of the room of receiving waters to get higher sewage dilution, but lowering the height increases the possibility of sediment deposition covering the diffusers. Related to the study on the outfall of the Second Shanghai Sewerage Project and based on the theories of modeling similarity and sand movement, experiments on the jet scouring the ambient sediment were conducted in both conditions that sediment deposited over diffuser and the current was sediment-laden. The abilities of scouring ambient sediment for every feasible plan are analyzed when the port height is lowered.
