地铁车站公用电话系统合理设置的研究

合理设置地铁车站的公用电话系统，涉及的因素十分广泛，根据系统工程的观点，以上海地铁一号线的实际运营情况为基础，通过采用解释结构模型，一元线性回归模型和排队论模型，对此进行了详细分析，并首次提出了解决此类问题的基本思路，由此得出的有关上海地铁二号线的某些具体分析结果已受到上海地铁总公司的重视与采纳，从而在经济建设中发挥了积极作用。

Research on Rational Setup of Public Telephone System at Subway Stations

How to set up the public telephone system rationally involves a lot of factors and has some problems. According to the viewpoint of system engineering and based on the actual operations of the first subway line in Shanghai, this paper provides a thorough analysis on these factors by interpretative structural modeling, simple linear regression models and quelling models. It also puts forward the basic train of thought to solve this kind of problems. Some specific analytical results about the second subway line in Shanghai deriving from it have been valued and adopted by Shanghai Subway General Corporation. Thus they play an active role in the economic construction.
