空气静压轴承的静特性计算及其实际应用

摘    要:空气静压轴承和其它轴承相比具有极小的摩擦系数,极高的回转精度,且无环境污染,因而在精密机械中得到了广泛的应用,采用有限元法求解了空气静压轴承的气膜压力分布及承载能力,介绍了空气静压轴承在彩虹光栅与激光信息存储中的应用。

Abstract:As compared with other types of bearing, EP(exlernally pressurized) air bearing has some advantages-very tiny frictional coefficient, very high spindle turning accuracy and non-pollution etc. EP air bearings are widely used in precision machine. This paper solves load capacity and pressure distribution of EP air bearing by using finite element method and shows applications of EP air bearing to rainbow gratings and information memory in LASER.
