| 摘 要： | 通过对哈尔滨市中学课余速滑训练队的情况进行调研,对影响训练的主客观因素进行深入分析,指出了中学课余速滑训练队存在资金投入不足、训练场地设施不理想等问题.提出通过多种途径增加对课余速度滑冰运动训练的资金投入,运用多种手段调动广大体育教师工作的积极性,加强教练培训等促进中学课余速度滑冰训练的建议.
