摘    要:某些特殊环境中,织物、毛皮等材料需要在不同压强纯氧条件下使用,纯氧为强氧化剂,静电放电很可能引起材料燃烧,从而对材料使用的安全性造成威胁,甚至造成生命和财产损失.设计制作了一套静电放电点燃性纯氧密封实验装置;在42 kPa,101 kPa和142kPa压强下,采用不同的静电放电模型,对4种材料进行了静电放电引燃性实验,给出了不同压力条件下材料的引燃能量,结果表明,材料在纯氧环境中,随着纯氧压强的升高而越来越容易被点燃,材料的引燃性能与放电速度有关.

Abstract:In space exploring conditions,textile,leather materials are used in pure oxygen environment.The materials are in serious risks of being ignited by ESD discharges since oxygen gas is a kind of strong oxidants and this may cause fire and even disasters or death of astronauts.In this paper,a well sealed chamber was first designed and built for ignition test.The ignition test for four kinds of textile and leather materials were carried out under the oxygen pressures of 42 kPa,101 kPa and 142 kPa using different ESD models.The ignition energy was determined and the results were compared for different pressures and materials.
