合成氨生产中变换工段的设计

摘    要:介绍了目前国内广泛应用的中低低工艺和全低变工艺流程的特点及使用范围,并着重在经济性和安全性两方面比较了全低变工艺中有饱和热水塔流程和无饱和热水塔流程的优缺点,指出全低变无饱和热水塔变换工艺流程较好,有一定的发展前途。

Abstract:This paper introduces the features and serviceable ranges of the middle-low-low conversion process and total-low conversion process that are widely used at home currently, emphatically compares the merits and demerits of the process with the hot saturation water tower and the process without the hot saturation water tower in the total-low conversion process from aspects of the economy and safety, and points out that the total-low conversion process without the hot saturation water tower is the better one and has certain developing prospect.
