摘    要:综述了辐照食品保鲜技术的发展现状并对辐照食品保鲜技术的应用开发前景作了论述,结合韶关市的资源及地理位置,对在韶关地区建立食品辐照新源做了一定的合理性和可行性分析。

Abstract:The irradiation preservation technology of food are summarized and the development prospects of irradiation preservation technology of food are discussed in this paper. combining with the resources and geographical features of Shaoguan district, The paper analyses the rationality and feasibility to found an new irradiation source in Shaoguan.
