| 摘 要： | 本文总结了重庆城区近百余年来的旱涝变化，详细分析了重庆市干旱灾害、洪涝灾害的分布、特点、形成以及发展的机制，在此基础上，从气候背景、环流特征、地形以及人文因素方面分析了其产生的原因。最后针对重庆市旱涝灾害减灾防灾工作所存在的问题，相应地提出了重庆市旱涝灾害的减灾防灾对策。

| Abstract: | This paper concluded the changes of Flood-Drought in Chongqing urban area during the past 100 years, analysed the distribution, characters,formation and development machanism of drought and flood in details.Based on this,analysed the causes about Climate backdrop, circulation features,topography and human factors. Finally,in allusion to the problem of the situation of Chongqing drought and flood disasters,the corresponding counter measurement of prevention and cure of the Chongqing drought and flood disasters is pointed out. |
