| Abstract: | As a system design that aims at sharing the damage effectively,the law system of big disaster insurance has an obvious advantages in preventing great risks and resisting tremendous damages and play an increasingly active role.In a great degree,it is feasible for China to construct a law system of big disaster insurance because of the actual condition that China is a country with frequent disasters. |
