| 摘 要： | 本文以九华山旅游劳工为实证研究对象,探讨了九华山旅游劳工的产业、空间转移模式及从业感知.研究发现九华山旅游劳工转移产业分布较为均衡宽广,农业和制造业位于转移行业的前两位;旅游劳工多数来自外地,空间转移总体符合距离衰减规律;旅游劳工的从业感知评价十分积极,旅游职业本身及其带来的生活水平提高、工作环境改善等职业优势能够使九华山旅游劳工克服工作时间较差、学历过剩等消极因素,保持较高的职业满意度.

| Abstract: | The paper takes Jiuhua mountain as a case study and analyzes tourism labor's inter-sectors and space mobility pattern and self-evaluation.The study found that labors come from an unusually wide range of industries,and the former two mobility industries are agriculture and manufacture;Tourism labors mostly migrated from other areas in accordance with space-decreasing theory as a whole;The most positive impact of mobility was reported on the job satisfaction variables,and labor preferred to surrender long working hours and surplus-education in return for an improved standard of living,a better physical environment and a favorable job. |
