| 摘 要： | 行之有效的德育课堂,需要发挥心理机制的重要作用。运用心理学中的示范效应、霍桑效应以及登门槛效应,并通过建立融合机制、心理疏导的辅助机制、情感陶冶机制、激励机制以及长效机制,方能收到德育教育的良好效果。
