| 摘 要： | 我国高校就业指导工作体系中长期存在忽视辅导员作用的现象。妥善解决辅导员参与学生就业工作的各种问题,激发他们的工作热情,高校需要建立相关的辅导员选聘和管理机制、培养机制、发展机制以及分工机制。
