| 摘 要： | 目前,大学毕业生就业形势非常严峻,供需严重失衡,就业市场是买方市场。为了实现顺利就业,毕业生的合法权益经常受到用人单位的侵犯,有的毕业生为了就业委曲求全,有的毕业生则不懂如何保护自己的合法权益。为此,有必要对毕业生常见的被侵权行为现象进行分析,以期寻求有效解决毕业生被侵权行为的途径。

| Abstract: | At present,the employment situation for college graduates is very tough.It’s uneven between supply and demand;the employment market is a buyer’s market.To be employed successfully,legitimate rights and interests of the graduates are often infringed.Some graduates better bend than break;others do not know how to protect their legal rights.Therefore,this article analyzed the common phenomenon of graduates whose legal rights are infringed so as to find approach to effectively handle the tort of the graduate. |
