The developmental history of Chinese universities,to some extent,is the evolving history of the policy,the live history instead of the dead history.Commanded by the breakthrough of policy,there are seven stages of the developmental history of Chinese universities from the collision of the policy,marriage of the policy,stabilization of the policy,borrowing of the policy,alienation of the policy,correction of the policy,to the clearance of the policy.
