| 摘 要： | 学校体育场馆向社会开放的本质是全民健身运动和教育的延伸,其目的不是简单的开放,而是促进全民健身运动的深入开展,促进群众身体素质的提高,促进社会整体和谐.要处理好开放过程中的各种矛盾,必须有效界定学校、社区、政府三者所扮演的角色.同时,应因地制宜,发挥健身资源的最大效力.
