Songhua River Bridge cross twenty street in Harbin City is a single tower and cable-stayed bridge with double cable planes.It＇s composed by main longitudinal girders,cross girders,and small beams.It must be completed building quickly for the local low temperature.Therefore,it is very important to control the shape dimensions,the precision of bolt holes,welding in the low temperature and tightening the high strength bolts.Due to strict quality controlling of the incoming materials,shape dimensions,precision of bolt holes,trial assembly,welding on site and tightening the high strength bolts,all products are accepted by the acceptance specification,and the bridge is built successfully.In November 27,2011,this project was awarded Luban award of China Construction Projects.
