内蒙古环境容量资源开发利用研究

伴随着内蒙古GDP的快速增长,环境容量资源成为制约自治区可持续发展的刚性约束。按照可持续发展理论,首先对环境容量的内涵、特征进行了界定,在此基础上分析评价自治区环境容量资源开发利用现状及存在问题,并针对问题提出发展思路和对策,对内蒙古自治区未来经济社会的持续、健康和科学发展具有重要的现实意义。

Research on development and utilization of environmental capacity in Inner Mongolia

With the rapid growth of GDP in Inner Mongolia,the environment and the resources are the constraints of sustainable development in the region.Based on the theory of sustainable development,the paper defines the meanings and the features of the environmental capacity,analyzes the current states and problems existed in the development and utilization of environmental capacity in Inner Mongolia,and for the issues put forward suggestions and measures of realizing the sustainable development.
