计算机模拟技术在《微生物制药》课程中的应用

摘    要:《微生物制药》是一门注重实践的课程.计算机模拟技术在该课程的应用可增强教学的趣味性,培养学生的工程实践能力,有效地提高教学效果.但至今尚无计算机模拟技术应用于《微生物制药》的报道.我们依据《微生物制药》课程的特点对课程内容进行了设计,探索课程中引入计算机模拟技术的教学方法.教学效果评价显示,学生赞成在课程中使用计算机模拟技术,认为计算机模拟可明显提高学习的兴趣和主动性,并且对掌握《微生物制药》理论和实践知识都有很大的帮助.研究还将为制药工程专业其他课程中应用计算机模拟技术奠定基础.

Abstract:Microbiological pharmaceutics is a special course of pharmaceutical engineering specialty that lays stress on practice.Application of computer simulation technology in it may increase students’ interest in teaching,cultivate their practical ability and,thus,improve the teaching efficiency.However,until now,there is no report about the use of simulation technology in biotechnological pharmaceutics,such as Microbiological pharmaceutics.In a study reported here,we introduced the simulation technology into the course Microbiological pharmaceutics and explored the feasible teaching methods.The results of teaching evaluation indicated that college students of pharmaceutical engineering specialty approved our teaching model,and they believed that the simulation technology could promote study interest,enhance the study efficiency and help to master the theory and practical knowledge.It is believed that the results of this study may lay a foundation for the application of the computer simulation technology in other courses of biotechnological pharmaceutics.
