| 摘 要： | 本文从决策支持的观点出发讨论了多目标评价问题的基本理论、方法和多目标决策支持系统的实现，指出决策者的偏好结构是解决多目标评价问题的关键因素，而多目标评价决策支持系统作为支持多目标评价问题的形成、分析和求解的软件工具，决策者的行为因素和系统的鲁棒性是其实现过程中需要重点考虑的方面。

| Abstract: | From the viewpoint of decision support,the paper discusses the basic theory and methods of multi-objective evaluation and the implementation of multi-objective evaluation decision support system. It is pointed out that decision-maker's preference structure is a key factor for solving multi-objective evaluation problem. The multi-objective evaluation decision support system (MOEDSS) should be viewed as a software tool which can support the formation, analysis and solving of multi-objective evaluation problems. In the implementation of MOEDSS,the behavior aspect of decision-maker and robustness of system are two important aspects. |
